Use a Reverse Mortgage to Purchase a Home

  • Borrower must be age 62 or Older
  • Must occupy the subject property
  • Single Family, Condo or 2- 4 Units  ( Borrower must occupy one of the Units)
  • Title Remains in the Borrower’s Name
  • No Equity Sharing with Lender
  • Verification of Funds for the Down Payment for Subject Property
  • Pre-Approval Letter Will be Provided to Clients and Realtors
